Impact of Recreational Activities on Employee Productivity of Nepalese Commercial Banks

This study aims to analyse the impact of recreational activities on employees’ productivity Nepalese commercial banks as well examine relationship between “physical fitness and productivity”, “mental health “Entertainment productivity.” To carry out this research, 201 samples were gathered who employees working in inside Kathmandu valley. Quota sampling technique was applied acquire data from different categories banks. Primary sources have been used for along with cross sectional research design. Structured questionnaire also designed study. It concluded that there is a moderate positive each independent variable, i.e., physical activities, mental entertainment dependent productivity. However, terms analysing variables it showed two variables, significant employee When are productive, organisation productive. As productivity, all need focus activities. Commercial adopting their future bright.
